RecommendedI just returned home after a 7 day stay at this wonderful hospital after being sick for almost a year. I would like to thank all of the wonderful nurses and CNA's on the second floor, everyone in imaging and surgery center, food service and all of the great doctors in the ER for taking such good care of me, I couldn't be more pleased to be cared for by such a great group of people. they treated me like currency , gave POOR discharge instructions, then acted like I was a pain because they don't read their own notes. sent home with wrong medication, and show 0% concern to me having constant, nausea pain and vomiting for 3 days straight......worst experience ever
The ER assisted me right away. Nurse Jennifer took exceptional care for me while I was in significant pain and could barely walk. Once I was admitted to the hospital, Gina and Jen stepped in and provided the same exceptional care of me. I will continue to go to Lees Summit Medical Center for any care/services that my family or I need.
This hospital is incredible. They have very caring and knowledgeable medical and nursing staff. I have never been happier with any medical care I have received from a hospital. Thank you everyone, from the ER to the OR to the orthopedic unit for all of your amazing care. Also a very heartfelt thank you to Dr. de Vere, orthopedic spine specialist, for your exceptional surgical skills, bedside manner and care you gave to my family.
large hospital are scary and kinda creepy. Lee's summit med center has great personable caring employees in a small comfortable welcoming setting. patients don't get overwhelmed.
Stay away from this Hospital. They grossly overcharge patients and then lie about billing. Their doctors office is in on this scam too,their office name is Family Health specialist of Lee’s Summit. They are liars.
The nurses and doctors were great! We had major issues with the billing department. They were very rude to my husband (and in turn he was not very nice back) and then when he asked to talk to a supervisor they gave him a name. He talked to her and she was willing to help, then he called back the next day to give her an update and the lady on the phone told him they did not have a supervisor with that name. recently had a baby at centerpoint. we recieved the most amazing care ! the nurses were so caring and went above and beyond! they were great emotional support and listened to my every need. thank you staff on the baby unit and I would highly recommend.
I couldn't ask for better care for Mom. The ER nurse's and doctor's always take great care of her when she comes in. And the floor nursing staff once again knock it out of the park when it comes to patient care. JOB VERY WELL DONE
