Drew was great. He was professional and explained what needed to be fixed on our AC. He even cleaned part of the outside unit because it was filled with old leaves. After Drew replaced the necessary parts the air started back up right away. Great service!

Brandon called us ahead of his projected service time to confirm our appointment and let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and we discussed the reason for the service visit. He took care of the plumbing clean out, showed us relevant video images, and provided his expert opinion. We trust Lanz for all our plumbing and HVAC issues.
Brett was here today. He did a fantastic job. I hope I see him on future visits.
