Awful service, awful communication, awful customer service, awful leadership. Lanz was happyto charge me $700 for a $10 part. Real classy & you wonder why people have no trust and bad attitudes.

Brett was very professional and friendly. He installed a new garbage disposal in my son's house and was finished very quickly.
My son’s toilet wasn’t flushing in his apt.. my husband could have fixed it, but we live in Danville, so we told him to call a plumber (per his landlord’s permission to do so)- since Lanz had a 5 star rating, he called them. The worker was there for 15 minutes and the toilet was working fine. My son rcv’d the bill in the mail. It was over $200!!! I felt terrible for the landlord.. he could have bought a new toilet for that amount. How they have a 5 star rating I am perplexed. The charge was excessive. Never again
