RecommendedI've worked with Lanz for years in Champaign & they are always professional, reliable and very helpful. Tristan & Brandon saved the evening last night by coming out after hours and fixing our leak. Would definitely recommend for all plumbing & A/C needs!
They were prompt and courteous! Ian was our tech. The price was exactly what they quoted us.
Everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to explain things and be helpful. Prices are reasonable and the service is quick. Brandon was especially helpful and even followed up after to make sure that everything was going well with what he fixed!
Checked out old A/C, determined that it was shot (I wasn't surprised) installed new A/C, furnace at a fair price. Has worked fine since the installation.
Amazing company! Had an install done and old one fixed on the hottest day of the year before the install! Quoted around and they were the cheapest! They also are remodeling our bathroom! Great people to work with!
We were rescued. Mike came, figured out we needed a new capacitor, and replaced it on the spot. The condo is cooling off! Thanks for the save during the dastardly high temperatures.
