The service was professional and thorough. They were clear on what was needed and courteous in doing so.
Wonderful first time experience with Lanz. I called on Sunday night to arrange a A/C inspection for later in the week. The answering service said someone from Lanz would call me in the morning to make arrangements. Not only did that happen but I was also called Sunday night to ask if I needed it done that night to which I did not. These guys are the best, they are not the cheapest, but they are the best! I made a call for help and they were at my door in under 45 minutes, and my issue was not an emergency. Chase arrived onsite to help me with my AC Issue. My AC unit was diagnosed in about 2 minutes and it was determined that a capacitor went bad in my outside unit. He replaced it in about 30 minutes and we were done! Lanz is very professional, clean and courteous.

Phillip ******, plumber. provided EXCELLENT service, In an older home (over 60 years old), Phillip replaced a very old outside faucet. This required new piping in the basement. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and tidy. Over the years, we have known Phillip both when he was with ******, and now that he is with Lanz. He is a problem solver! Outstanding job done by Paul, Jeremy, Brett and Mark Biggs. Installed a new kitchen faucet , installed new water lines with shut off valves under kitchen sink , and installed new strainer body’s in both sinks. They did excellent work and are true professionals. I highly recommend using Lanz for all your plumbing needs.
