RecommendedEXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We had Victor visit us an take a look at our furance in my mobile home. After trouble shooting Victor had determined it is time for a new furance, he soon explains that the furance has been rigged (unsafe)! Not only did he explain every process he showed me each part that needed attention. As always, the well trained and experienced technician named Nick, called to let me know when he would arrive. Easy instructions given via that call so he could access the dryer vent from the roof below me, before he even started on the routing annual heating system maintenance. That was completed before he came inside to work on the annual check up. Lanz sends the necessary supply of furnace filters, annually.
