Courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, Boston Williams performed an excellent plumbing job fixing a shower here today! His explanation of what was needed in the repair was clear and thorough. He also adjusted a water tank level in a toilet which had continued to run often. He clearly takes great pride in his work. Will Gregg was SUPERB! He came and asked me what I needed done and I explained the build up of lint all the way through the tubing and the vent outside from the dryer! He saw it was vented thru the attic to outside and was full! He was thorough and explained what he was going to do and went to work! He was all work and no talk but explained everything he had to do! He proved to me the vent was open all the way outside! That is someone I would Ask for to be sent to my house to do the job always!
Lanz was prompt with response for my plumbing emergency. They were courteous and knowledgeable with their information and instruction of the problem. They were able to fix the problem and left a clean workspace.

Ron from Lanz came the same day I called. He helped me with a faucet I was replacing and charged a fair price.
Had a leaking toilet supply line and asked Lanz to replace it. They sent someone the same day. The technician (Boston) was very professional and took pride in his work, also giving me advice about shutting down an unused water heater.
