We had an ejector pump go out in our basement on a Saturday evening of the 4th of July weekend. Lanz got a person (Boston) out there that night. Boston assessed the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was very courteous and professional.
Lanz is my choice for heating and cooling because of their professional technical crewmen. They always leave the worksite clean.

Boston listened carefully to our explanation of the problem. He made excellent suggestions and recommendations. He proved to be knowledgeable and efficient and solved our plumbing problems quickly. Highly recommend this firm for quick reliable service and Boston specifically for his knowledge and desire to solve the problem.
We had tree roots cause a main sewer line clog six days after moving into our new house! Lanz came out very quickly and addressed the problem at a fair price. They even recommended a good carpet cleaning company to remove the ruined basement carpet.
Boston (the name of the man who took care of our problem) was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Lanz tries to give "same day service" and Boston did just that, fixing a problem with our bathroom drain and explaining to us what he did. Problem solved!
Alway courteous & personable. Checked out our equipment per our monthly maintenance agreement. Been satisfied with Lanz for many years for our heating & cooling needs.
Great company to do business with. And the installation crew did an excellent job.
