I called Lanz Inc. to have a new faucet installed because the original faucet was not turning on and off easily. Then, 12 days later I noticed a HUGE amount of water in the basement saturating the floor right below the kitchen sink and the surrounding area,where coincidentally we just had our new faucet installed by Lanz Inc. RecommendedMichael Savage was extremely personable, responsive and timely. I helped my mother with replacing her AC and Furnace from out of state and everything was handled better than I’d even hoped. If you need help in a pinch, call Lanz and ask for Michael!

Prompt assist when we had a problem with our furnace. They came out the same day. The service tech Greg was great. Showed us new things we could do with our thermostat!! Would highly recommend

They were very prompt at replying and were out to my house within a few hours. Greg did a great job at finding the problem and fixing it.
