Tristan was highly professional, thorough, and took time to answer my questions. I’m sure he had more emergency calls to take care of on Sunday afternoon, but he did not rush. I have appreciated service from Lanz in the past, and today’s visit was just as positive. I will absolutely call Lanz again in the future!

Ian was amazing! When our hot water heater broke, he walked us through our options, took my calls after hours to answer my questions and installed a great new heater. He was professional and patient. If we have any other plumbing issues, we trust Ian!

I would recommend Lanz for any of your heating, cooling, plumbing needs. I came home from a trip to no hot water. Lanz was able to send service rep the same day. Ian checked the water heater and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is friendly and professional. Repairs were completed efficiently and hot water restored. Excellent work, Ian. I appreciate you.
