He was very respectful and friendly, did his job quietly and efficiently, described to me what he had done and answered any questions, and gave me a couple of helpful recommendations. Greg was the best tech ever! He serviced my air conditioning unit, identified a bad part, replaced it, and got me set up for the best pricing. Then he spent 25 minutes cleaning my unit. My 14 year old.condenser looks brand new and is quieter than ever. Thanks, Greg! Because of your great service, Lanz is my go-to for Hvac needs.

Drew was very polite and knowledgable. He addressed not only the A/C unit that was not running but also the other units which it turns out had similar problems but had not fully broken yet (mice had eaten the components in the units!). Repaired in a couple hours. Very fast service.
