Lanz HVAC was able to come out and fix a leaking toilet the same day I called. Bill Vaughn came shortly after and was very courteous and prompt. He explained to me what was going on and what he was doing to fix the toilet. Great experience overall, would highly recommend.

Everyone who has worked on our house from Lanz has been professional, friendly and considerate. Bill V. cleaned up a nasty plug in a bathtub today. He did the work quickly and didn't mind the overenthusiastic dogs that greeted him when he arrived. We are grateful to have Lanz caring for our heating, cooling, and plumbing!

We got a plugged up sink in the kitchen. We used another pluming company and they sent a "professional" to fix my clogged sink for two hours. They charged me all the fees and told me they could not fix it. Then called Lanz and Bill Baughn and Dan Magruder showed up to help. Dan and Bill are friendly, patient, professional. They also cleaned very well after the fix. In addition, they explained all that they did and taught how I should take care the sink in the future. I was impressed by their service. Thumbs up.
