Bill Vaughn came out to fix a clogged toilet. I was very impressed with how courteous and knowledgable he was. He had it fixed in no time and was extremely careful with my carpet. He took the time to explain what he did and answered all of my questions. Lanz can be very proud of this employee.
Had a plugged up sink in my Kitchen. Called Lanz and they sent Bill out the same day! Bill was very friendly and polite! He assessed the problem and explained the procedure and the cost! He did quick and clean work. Bill was awesome! I would highly recommend Lanz!
Just had a visit from Bill Vaughn and his side kick Bill from Lanz Heating and Cooling. Within minutes they diagnosed the issue we had and were on their way to find a solution. Bill ended the appt by adding a potent non toxic declogger to all our drains. Our grand dog, 4 lb Pom named Boo fell in love with them both. Thank you!!
