Lanz replaced my heating and air units in my home with one high energy unit, now my home has two methods of delivering the air, one in the floor and one in the ceiling, they worked for three days to get it heating to all the house. Very professional employees that did all the work, installation, duct work to make the one unit work, now I'm waiting to see the difference in my bills. Lanz has been to our house often lately and they could not have been better. Professional and helpful. Our water heater went out today and they came in a timely manner and fixed it. Devin was great today. Also had to have some work on the furnace and that is working much better. Thanks to Bill for getting that taken care of too. The company has been very good to is us. .
Our family room furnace went out. The Lanz service people had someone here right away to give us an estimate on a new one and then Calvin and Chris did the installation today. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took care of several extra details to ensure the new system was installed properly. They took the time to answer our questions and explain the system setup. They even installed the Smart thermostat that we had purchased on our own to use with the new system. I would highly recommend the Lanz team.
Ken and Phillip were out to fix my sink faucet with in two hours of my call to Lanz. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. I will certainly call on them again for all my plumbing problems.
