Dan and Adam did a fantastic job! The vent to my guest bathroom had a bird trapped it in that had died and it was beginning to stick up my whole house. They came over and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. Will definitely use them again.
Just had Ron from Lanz come out to clean the dryer duct...about a 20' run. He was here right on time (we live in the country)....and spent nearly two hours working on our problem. He kept me in the loop as to what he was doing...preventative measures, etc.....this was money well spent. I give Ron and Lanz five stars and a Laurel & Hardy handshake! Thank you!
Thought we were getting a high end system - and now have the equivalent of a new car payment ... for a system that does not provide any air conditioning...!! And can't get a service person out for over two hours?!?! Major fail...
I had Dan come out to clean a drain at my house about a month ago. I like to wait a little to provide a review to ensure there are no unforeseen consequences, not that I expect them after dealing with Dan. Dan is willing to talk the customer through the process and he didn't seem to mind me over his shoulder the whole time. Dan came by to carefully check our crawl space on a soggy Sunday and put our minds at ease that our sump pump was working! He did a thorough review and explained in detail what he saw and where it was located. Plus, he was here before our scheduled Monday morning appointment. Now I can go into work on time and not worry anymore. Lanz is the best and Dan is super!
