Dan was amazing. He explained everything clearly, came out to the house promptly, and solved the root problem in our pipes. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can't get better than that.
I have used Lanz twice now and have experienced nothing but Professionalism & Quality workmanship. First I had a gas valve replaced for my water heater around Christmas. After waiting 3 weeks with no hot water on a home warranty company to send somebody qualified and actually fix the problem, I went on my own and called Lanz and they had the issue fixed within a day around the holidays and even helped recoup some costs by claiming the warranty on the part for me. First and foremost, I want to thank you for your fast response on a Saturday morning when we noticed that our furnace wasn't working and blowing out cold air. Your technician was quick to get here especially since it was freezing rain. We ended up having a crack in our heat exchange, so the technician called another person and they came with 2 hours to look at it and also brought us heaters to keep us warm until they could install our furnace!
