Both Ken and Ron made service calls to my home today and both did an excellent job. They were prompt and completed the tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Cannot say enough good things about Lanz.

Had a great experience with Lanz. My carbon monoxide detector went off and the fire dept told me to have someone check the gas stove. Tim came out and ruled out the stove. Did a quick check on the room the water heater and furnace are in and got a maintenance call scheduled to check water heater and a/c - and the ventilation from them. Ron came out for a/c and fixed a prior company's mistake on the a/c - so the fan actually blows the right direction - as well as cleaned it.
