Thomas saved the day! We turned on our furnace today and much to our dismay it didn't work. We made a phone call to Lanz and we were told so one would be able to head our way soon. Thomas Jordan was sent our way and arrived within 30 minutes. Thomas was a true professional. He asked us questions and assured us he was there to fix our issue.
