I have had one of their plumbers out to my house in the past and had a hvac yesterday. Excellent service and very friendly. I highly recommend them. I know I will use them again.
Ron J. did my a/c maintenance today. He did pretty good job and very friendly. He is also knowledgable with the system and explain more with the plan that lanz offering. I really highly recommend lanz heating and cooling for their service specially for me who is a new home owner.
Andrew came to our house at 9:30PM to fix our a/c on a VERY hot night. He was very friendly, explained everything to me and he even changed the light bulb in our garage and added a pull string to the light bulb in our HVAC closet to make it easier for me to reach! (My husband was at work and I'm too short to reach the light) He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it! Thank you Andrew for the exceptional service!

Mike just completed my plumbing check and did an awesome job! He helped us avoid a future problem with my water heater and fixed my slow running nozzle in the laundry room. His ex extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lanz for your plumbing needs.
