Just hand Lanz heating & cooling out to fix my air conditioning. They are very helpful, knowledge-based & quick to react & take care of there customers in a timely fasion. From the office call down to the field technician they were outstanding. I defifinetly appreciated the level of customer service & knowledgement that Ron Jancola was able to provide in his service for us & would recommend to anyone that needs work done on their heating & cooling in the future.
Tim fixed various faucet issues today in a timely and professional manner. Will use Lanz again without hesitation.
This week my air conditioner couldn't seem to keep up with the heat, but Ron Jancola came out and fixed me right up in no time at all. He was very knowledgeable and help me understand what the problem was. I highly recommend Lanz for their professionalism and friendly manner.

I have had more peace of mind since taking out a Comfort Club maintenance plan with Lanz. Ron Jancola came out this week and did the maintenance for my AC unit. I learned a lot about my system from Ron, as I did ask several questions. I feel confident that I can call if I have any questions in the future. I recommend Lanz to others as well.
Our experience with Lanz has mostly been with Tim Stigers. He is a huge asset to Lanz - he is honest, thorough, reliable, and knowledgeable. We have an old house, so let's face it, our plumbing is weird! Tim knows his stuff and I am very pleased that we found Lanz and Tim to help us out with our plumbing.
Thanks so much for getting our dryer vent taken care of, and so quickly! Ron was great. Being able to do laundry at home again sure is nice!
