Dan came just after noon as requested. He diagnosed the plumbing problem efficiently and set to work. A few cat visitors and a tiny working space did not fluster him. Professional and approachable. Only loses a star because he did not miraculously clean the bathroom and put it all back in better order. Reserve perfection.
Lanz is a wonderful, generous community oriented business. Not only do they provide great service, they are going to give a free furnace to a family in need. To brighten someone's day especially an Illini fan, they gave away tickets to an Illini basketball game. I was a lucky winner and I can't thank Lanz enough. You made my day��
Dan did an awesome job replacing my sewage ejector pump! He was fast, efficient and did a great job relocating the check valve. Now it is almost silent when it is working! Before it was so loud because the check valve was located next to a metal duct that carried the noise all over the house! Great job Dan! Thanks!
I was very impressed with my service experience. I called for 4 different needs that involved issues in both plumbing and heating. Tim assisted with repairs and answered multiple questions in common terms. He educated me along the way. Sometimes when you are female you have concerns about honesty and business ethics when a vendor comes to your home. The comfort level and respect increased from the initial handshake throughout his service call. This is great company that I would highly recommend to all.

I was very happy with the service that I received. My technician was Ron Jancola and he was very polite and walked me through everything that he was planning on doing. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He also informed me about some of the service plans the Lanz offers but was not pushy about them or made it seem like all he wanted to do was make a sale. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Lanz for your HVAC and plumbing needs!
