I had some plumbing concerns that I had put off for a time. Dan Magruder came out today and checked out all my concerns. What I thoughts was water leaking in my wall was not an issue (phew! No torn up walls) but my toilet that continued to run had to have some replacement parts. The water heater and sump pump were Inspected and found to be A-OK. Dan listened to my concerns and handled the visit in a very professional manner.
Excellent service. Professional, friendly and courteous. They took time to answer all my questions from installation of ejection pump, sump pump to clearing out our bathroom sink.
Lanz took care of our sewer line problem. Dan did a great job and gave us peace of mind that it was done correctly!
From the start, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Josh the technician and Kurt the comfort specialist are some of the best! You can really tell the employees love their job and don't just do this for a paycheck. They genuinely care. I will refer them to everyone!!!
