I have a very old heater and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone who would know anything about it. But Josh figured it out and got it cleaned up for me. He's very good at explaining what he was doing and the fee was fair. I would recommend Lanz to anyone. Thanks again Josh.

Monday, Dan and Ken replaced a water heater for us. We had family here for Christmas. They were super fast...1 1/2 hours...which we appreciated since we have guests. They were also unobtrusive, as much as possible, considering that they were hauling 50 gallon water heaters in and out. We appreciate professional, efficient work.
I had a service call from Dan he was very knowledgeable and profesional. I appreciate his help and would recommend Lanz Heating & Cooling.
Jake and his team was amazing to work with. They answered all my questions and walked me through what they were going to do. They were referred to me by family that also spoke highly of them.
Had a furnace tune-up today and Ron was excellent. Allowed me to "hangout" with him, and he was more than willing to explain everything he was doing and how my system worked. He answered every question and was very professional and enjoyable to work with.
