Mike has went above and beyond to help us with our water problem. He is an amazing person, he cares so much about his customers, not just on work time but after hours too. He even set us on the right path to setting posts for a dog pin. He's #1 in my book and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable trustworthy plumber.. Such a good company to deal with. As a single female I am always concerned about getting taken advantage of but the technicians at Lanz explain everything so that I understand. All of the people are professional and friendly. Best customer service I've ever had dealing with local businesses.
We found out that our 20-year-old air conducting bit the dust this week. What normally would have been inconvenient for me and my husband was made much more difficult when trying to put our 13-month-old daughter to sleep in an 80+ degree house. We don't even have our new AC unit yet, but Jake has gone above and beyond to get us a temporary AC unit to help her be more comfortable while we wait. I love this business! Every one is so knowledgable and polite. Mile came out today to fix leaky faucets. He came out right away and had me fixed up in no time. Everyone I have dealt with has been awesome and the office personnel is just as great! Wouldn't call anyone else!
Just had my Trane system checked out by Ron Jancola. He was very courteous and efficient. Very helpful in setting up future maintainable agreement The people at Lanz are great. I highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Jake and Trevor are both great . they know what they are doing. More so than the people that installed my boiler 5years ago They are fixing the problems that were caused by them not doing right . But the one reason I picked Lanz was do to Kenzie she is the best salesperson and dispatcher Lanz has All three of them need big pat on the back
