I use them for home and business. You never have to wait long for a service call. Once they're working on your equipment, they get it done, they rarely have to return. They are available almost all hours. They're service professionals are pleasant and courteous. They explain what's going on, give you options and never drag mud through your house.
Well it's Sunday and lanz heating and cooling came out cause we was having troubles with air, no wait til Monday biz they was out with a quickness. Justin Minard the services tech was super fast found the problem and had air running in like 15-20 mins. He was super nice and explained everything, even told us about the loyalty package programs which is definitely worth talking a look at and signing up for. Thanks man

I just like to say Lanz heating and cooling have some of the best service technician. My wife and I had them work on are ac on Friday and Trevor Baxter did a great job and they will be doing all of my heating and cooling
2 years ago, I switched to Lanz Heating and Cooling, Inc. and have been more than pleased with the service from such a great staff including office personnel, service techs, and plumbers. Bad technicians, didn't pay attention to what I had them there looking at and then charged me a huge 'diagnosis fee' for doing nothing. Will never call them again and will not recommend them to anyone. I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give them zero. Believe me when I say this company IS a zero. Avoid them.
