Ron came out for my yearly furnace check up and I am so happy. Best checkup I ever had, he solved my problem of not getting enough heat in part of the house. I was also looking for a new co2 detector but I wanted one that was battery operated and he got 1 for meat a good price. Fantastic service from Lanz as usual.
Last evening I came home to discover that my furnace was not working. I called Lanz and Brad returned my call. He came to the house and within an hour had the problem solved. Thank you, Brad!!
Cody did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issue with my furnace. He was very upfront about the nature of the problem, the charges, and what sort of maintenance would be needed in the future. We enjoyed talking politics and world affairs while he was working. No one wants to call for repairs, but I've been very satisfied whenever Lanz has come out to fix or maintenance something.
So pleased with my new equipment. I have already saved money in my heating bills. Will did a great followup today. He went above and beyond what was required.
Called at nearly 6 p.m. on an 18 degree Friday night and had heat within an hour. Justin was fantastic and even sold me on my first ever maintenance contract ... for anything.

Came home from work at 4:00 to a dead furnace. I called lanz expecting to have to wait until the next day. Justin was at my door in less than half an hour. He had the bad part pulled quickly and, after a quick trip to get the replacement, had it up and running in no time. Total time from call to fixed was just over two hours and Justin was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the whole process while he worked. These are the guys to call for any heating and cooling needs.
