RecommendedEvery single time Lanz comes to my house, I wonder why I didn't call them sooner. We just bought our house and the sellers bought us a home warranty, which has been absolute garbage to work with and kept sending contractors out who didn't know what the problem could be. If you want, polite, professional, and knowledgeable service, call Lantz! They came out within a day then diagnosed and repaired my HVAC system on site. My serviceman Mike was prompt, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and answered all my questions. He explained what he found and what was needed to fix it. I'm extremely pleased with the service !

Today we had Mike install a new compressor in our air-conditioner. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day until the job was complete. He was absolutely”over the top”. I highly recommed Mike and Lanz in general for heating and cooling needs.
