RecommendedEXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We had Victor visit us an take a look at our furance in my mobile home. After trouble shooting Victor had determined it is time for a new furance, he soon explains that the furance has been rigged (unsafe)! Not only did he explain every process he showed me each part that needed attention. I called Lanz Inc. to have a new faucet installed because the original faucet was not turning on and off easily. Then, 12 days later I noticed a HUGE amount of water in the basement saturating the floor right below the kitchen sink and the surrounding area, where coincidentally we just had our new faucet installed by Lanz Inc. I called Lanz Inc who came out and could not find the source of the water. The plumber denied any possibility that the water could have been due to the faucet installation 12 days earlier. Michael Savage was extremely personable, responsive and timely. I helped my mother with replacing her AC and Furnace from out of state and everything was handled better than I’d even hoped. If you need help in a pinch, call Lanz and ask for Michael!
