Our sales person Art Wynne was terrific. Very knowledgeable and patient. No hard sell just made it a very pleasant experience and it is one my least favorite thing to do. The finance manager was also delightful. I would highly recommend them.

We just purchased a car from Lancaster Toyota and were so happy with the process. On 9/29/2017 Lancaster Toyota Service department, ripped my black handicapped husband off. Tom lied and told my husband and grandson we needed a new tire. We didn't. We have a 2013 Tundra with less than 30,000 miles. When I confronted Tom he said he would refund $15.00 of the $84.00 he charged my husband. He never did. The we had to put air in the tires the low inflation light came on. Took it to WAL_MART they put air in all the tires. Then we had to have the tires balanced. As always I had a great experience having my car serviced. Carlos is truly outstanding, he had my car done before I expected, and at the price he quoted. He walked me over to the parts department so I could buy a new wheel cover, and is totally professional. Actually everyone I deal with has been helpful. It's nice to be treated like family
