Our sales rep. Ronny Gomez was so helpful to my wife and myself when we returned our leased Rav4 and leased a new one. Ronny listened to what we where looking for and the requirements we needed to stay within our budget. He worked with us and met our needs. He was pleasant and never pushy. Ronny explained all the features of the car very thoroughly. We had a very good experience and would recommend Ronny and Lancaster Toyota to anyone looking for a new car.
i bought my 2013 prius from Lancaster toyota the car has been a night mare since the day i bought it the check engine light comes on all the time the radio has been replace twice the engine still revs after you take your foot off the peddale and they tell me it is not the car

Zakk McCracken was our salesman. He was a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. I have only owned Toyotas. A Camry, Corolla and my favorite RAV4 ! They are comfortable to drive and great in the snow ! I was saying Goodbye to my 1999 RAV4 that day. I could have still been driving it. However, my husband saw several cars of interest!!! We bought a new 2017 Toyota Highlander from Aaron Galmarini in November 2017. We were pleased by the entire experience. We received exceptional service and were treated like VIPs. We haven’t had a service appointment yet, but I’m hopeful we’ll have a great experience with the service department like we did with sales! My only complaint...my pic didn’t make it to the “Happy Customers” album �. Not really a complaint...keep up the great work!
