Great Service, likable people, and best of all not a hard, pressured sales
From the time the garage door opens until you drive away you feel welcomed and assured that quality work will be performed. All employees you contact are courteous and patiently explain what service will be performed and the price of such service. The waiting room is a great place to relax, get a cup of coffee (complementary) and connect to their wifi. What more can a person want?
Gus Photus and the entire team were such a tremendous help!! They made my experience very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will surely be a repeat customer!!!

I bought my second tundra today from Lancaster Toyota,my salesman Cullen Wright was very pleasant young man that was knowledgeable of the technology of the 2018 vehicles,he was very helpful,no pressure salesman, But what really impressed me was that,out of 6or8 salesman in the show room,he was the only one that was dressed for the friged weather to spent time with the customer outside to explain all the tundra features !!! Big thanks to Don Nolt also!!!!! Nothing was to much trouble for these people!!!!!
