We were recently in to get an estimate for the repair of the rear gate lifting mechanism on our Prius. The total estimate was $515.00 and was expected to take 2.5 hours of labor. We were charged $21.50 to get the estimate. The part was to be in the next day. The appointment was for 9 am---and the car was finished at 10:00 AM. Ronny was very pleasant & extremely helpful! Went above & beyond to help us drive out w/ our new Toyota. That's why we always come back here- everybody is super friendly & courteous.
Brook greeted me cheerfully, fully explained everything that would happen, what it would cost, and gave me a time estimate. My truck was finished when she said, for the exact amount she quoted. Additional work was suggested for consideration in the future. The waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable. Overall, I had an excellent experience.
I recently purchased a Camry at Toyota and was very happy with the service and time that Givi and the others provided in the purchasing and explaining the financial process to me. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them as a car dealership.
