I had frame replaced under recall on my 06 Tacoma. I was a little nervous about doing this because of possible extra cost of parts and unknown issues. I was surprised when they offered to reinstall the 6 inch lift on the new frame. Holly was very helpful keeping me informed throughout the experience and even took pictures for me. I never felt like they were trying to up sell me anything that wasn’t necessary. Tyler the tech did an awesome job on the truck. My truck drives like a brand new one now and I couldn’t be happier
Did not have a good experience... and may not go back again. Had 60K service and inspection. Rep called me to let me know the price of about $660.00 to change fluids, inspect and said brake, tires ( I just got new tire a month ago) and other systems were okay. I asked them to double check the brakes that I thought that I may need maintenance. The Re[ again told me that they test the brakes and all is well. I drove the car the next day and the brakes are definitely not okay and thinking that the rotors needed replaced. I live... read more
