The first thing one notices when coming to Lancaster Toyota is the unique drive-in garage where you drop your vehicle off for service. This was my first time here, but already I’m really happy with this place. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time for them to replace my passenger side airbag, but they got me in and out in under an hour, which was surprising considering how busy they seem to be. I’ll definitely be coming back for other services in the future! The ladies I spoke to over the phone were very nice and Amanda Horst was the Service Advisor that I talked to. She was very professional and knowledgeable.
I Always get great service when I take my vehicle to Lancaster Toyota! Amanda was awesome and I like the idea that I can sit and relax or get some work done while waiting for my vehicle!
I recently had a wonderful experience with Ron B at Lancaster Toyota. He was easy to work with . . provided me with all answers to my questions. . was not high pressured in any way and couldn't have been nicer. It took me but two days to make up my mind and sign on the dotted line. Today I'm a happy Highlander owner and will extend my loyalty to the fine folks at Lancaster Toyota on into the future. They are good and honest people to work with.
