I learned a lot about this place today. I love how everything is run, the attitude and demeanor of the management, and the amazing warranty on all used vehicles. If you're looking for a place where you'll be comfortable during the entire car buying process, this is it.

I have a recall on my cx7 for control arms and have been trying to get it fixed thru them for MONTHS!!! I call and give all my information and was told they will call when the part comes in....no call...i call back, oh you are not in system. I had an excellent experience. I liked the way everyone worked together to make my experience quick and easy. Everyone was patient and let me take my time and make my own decision regarding what I wanted and needed with buying my new car. I never felt pushed nor rushed. I’m very happy with my new car so far.
My recent experience was very good. I had to purchase a vehicle urgently. I had a vehicle that "died" unexpectedly- this vehicle had significant sentimental value. So I had the unexpected expense of a purchasing another vehicle and some sadness in saying goodbye to my vehicle. And as a single woman, I was worried that I might be treated differently. Drove off the lot yesterday in our brand new RAV4. I knew I wanted another Toyota since my first Toyota lasted 15 years...it was just time for something bigger. Aaron was awesome!! Was in for my 10k maintenance. There was a recall on my truck and was told i wasn’t going to have it for three days. They set me up with a loaner truck right away, and even though they said it would take 3 days to fix they ended up getting my truck fixed the next day. Excellent service. Holly did a great job setting me up with everything!
Just purchased my first Toyota after 28 years with Hyundai. Hyundai lost my business after my encounter with a very rude customer service person at their main headquarters. Worked with Judy Tucker. No pressure...just knowledge, courtesy, exceptional customer service. Ruben in financing also very helpful.
