I hate car shopping, but my Civic had 246,000 miles on it & my daughter wanted me in something safer since I drive a lot. I had an appointment for 6:00 but was in the area at 3:30 and asked Gavin if it was ok to leave my car there. He said no problem. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me at 5:30 and said I could pick up my car. Gavin was very polite and thanked me for my business and asked if I had any questions. When I went outside to tell my husband he could leave, I told him about my great service! Thank you Gavin.
