RecommendedLancaster Toyota Service performed work on my RAV4 today re: 3 factory recalls. A very nice service advisor named Lisa T. called around 11:00am to say my car was finished. I told her I had to order an Uber then I’d be on my way over. She offered for their courtesy shuttle to pick me up....this was GREAT! My shuttle driver, Jeff, was prompt, courteous and enjoyable to talk with. This was a really great, stress-free experience. Thank you!
Jake Mansfield was literally the best salesman I dealt with ever. I went to several dealers in one day and typically you get a certain standard of friendliness and knowledge. Jake blew all the others out of the water. We test drove 3 vehicles, he let me get a good feel for each vehicle without trying to rush a sale.
