I took my husband's Avalon in for service a few days ago. Carlos M took care of me. He was friendly, competent, and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and my car was serviced in a timely fashion. A few weeks ago I took my Highlander in for service. Carlos M was unavailable and Sreshtha Singh took care of me. Both young men are terrific and I would request either of them again.

absolutely shop here. Taylor was one of the best salesman I've had yet. not pushy, really got to know me and showed a vested interest in getting me a great deal. I ultimately chose another brand, but if I wanted a Toyota, you can't beat Lancaster Toyota.
