I went in for an oil change and issue with leaking fluids that I had already personally examined with the car up on the lift. After they charge $99 for their diagnostic, because they don’t believe anyone off the street knows about cars, they then proceed to call me with a bill to fix exceeding $3,000 when I know the costs would have been between $250 and $400. RecommendedJust bought a new 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE last night and I hate car buying. However, Bill Bock and the sales staff at Lancaster Toyota made me fall back in love with the car buying experience. Bill is like no other salesman I have ever delt with before. I was open and honest with him and he returned the favor. Bill was like the Dad you could trust. If you need a new car dont go anywhere else besides Lancaster Toyota , and make sure you ask for Bill Bock. We love our new car.

My husband and I went to check out the Rav4. It was a crazy busy day with the awesome sale they had going on. Julietta Cruz was working with us. I highly recommend her. She took care of us every step of the way. We had a great experience with Toyota. We would absolutely buy again! (and ask for Julietta )!
The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I dropped my car off at 8:40 am & was told it would be done at 4 (simple oil change/tire rotation). I called at 4, and it was just being worked on - plus they had some recommendations (as they always do - money makers) which I declined. I don’t mind paying more to be serviced at a knowledgeable dealership, but not when I’m unnecessarily inconvenienced.
