Every experience my husband and I have had with Lancaster Toyota has been excellent! We started going there because of a good family friend but the customer service has made us come back. Givi is great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the car we needed with no pressure to spend more than we were comfortable with. The service staff, Gavin and Amanda are always friendly and get us set up and on our way with no hassle. All in all a great experience, we will be customers for years to come.
