Our sales person, Kohei Watanabe, was very helpful, courteous and professional. We were treated fairly and respectfully. We purchased a fully loaded RAV4 Limited and are very pleased with the results. It did take 5 hours from the time we walked in the door to drive off with a vehicle that we really didn't intend on buying that day, but couldn't resist the Black Friday deal! All in all, we are happy with our purchase and love the RAV4!
Due to my credit problems they could not get me financed. Before being denied they made us feel like we had a completed deal and asked for a 500 deposit. I gave them a check and we made an appointment to come pick up our car. After a few calls before the appointment wanting to try other ways to get approval we could tell it was not going to happen. My wife and I went to Lancaster Toyota Saturday just expecting to look at 2018 Rav4s. Cullen Wright led us through the buying process and we came home the same day with a 2018 Rav 4. Cullen was easy to talk to and was very helpful explaining the new way for us in buying a car.
A pleasant experience, facilitated by Lisa T. She listened patiently to me and provided helpful information for the state inspection of my Prius. I will bring my wife's Camry Hybrid next week and will ask for her as a service person.
