I love being able to drive into the building (especially if raining) and be greeted by people like Travis who see that my service is done promptly. Plenty of comfortable seating (plus a free beverage)while you wait is a big plus.
I was having problems with my phone speaker in our car. Travis was both very helpful trying to find the problem and explaining it to me. After a time it was decided the car need to be checked more thoroughly and when they could not find the problem, they contacted Toyota. They replaced the speaker and all is well. Thanks Travis, you were a great help!

We purchased a new Rav4 from Gus Photis. Throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured into buying a car.
