I have had different manufacturers of cars and I think Lancaster Toyota is just exceptional. From purchasing to service, I think they are the absolute best! Will always purchase Toyota's from Lancaster Toyota.
Just brought my Prius in for it's 70k oil change and check up. Lancaster Toyota has performed all the service and required check ups since it was new. Seems that Lisa helps me out in most of my visits to the service department. Lisa is very professional and knows the system. She always gets me out ahead of schedule. I always wait while they are servicing my car. The waiting room/lounge is very comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed to make your wait pleasant. Couldn't ask for a better dealership.
