Travis was very efficient and courteous. He I showed him scratch on my car and he went and got waxed and buffed it out a little bit for me and made me very happy I will tell all my friends who are interested in buying a car to check out Lancaster Toyota cuz they treat you so good. I had my 2013 Toyota Prius serviced at your dealership on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. It was due for its 50,000 mile service. I was very pleased to have Brook Jones assist me again, as she was extremely helpful when I brought the Prius in for its 45,000 mile service. Recently I had my Toyota in for a regular check-up with service rep Travis Yorty. I insist on working with Travis, as he has provided EXCELLENT care for many, many years. I trust that he will let me know what needs to be worked on and what can wait. He always treats me with respect and we have shared a friendly rapport over the years.
