Judy was so awesome! Got us two 2018 Rav4s at the price we wanted. Found us the colors and options we wanted and treated us great. I never drove anything but Chevy but I'm in love with my new Toyota!
Initially I spoke with Art about getting a new 2017 Prius. Art explained every detail about the Prius models available. Then Saturday, Taylor was covering for Art, and I drove away with a 2017 Prius Two. Long drive on Monday, 90 miles round trip, got 62 mpg! Getting use to back up camera and lane alarms. Already linked my phone, so I can be hands free for emergency calls. Consumer reports and other auto reviews are spot on. Thank you Lancaster Toyota!
I currently have a 2016 RAV4 which I purchased from this dealership. I’ve also leased a Corolla from here as well. I love the service team. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I booked my appointment online and it was easy to navigate through the site. My main service guy is Miguel. He’s great and I would recommend him to everyone
Just bought new tires for RAV. Best Deal. Plus Gavin did a Great Job on Old 4 Runner. Two cars done in one trip. Best Service Yet. This Young Man should get an Award. Very Personal and through. I will only deal with Gavin from here on.
