I am a repeat customer at Lancaster Toyota having just purchased my 2nd RAV4 on Friday. This time I chose the Hybrid and my top notch Salesperson was Kohei Watanabe, who exhibited great knowledge about the models I test drove. He was very patient, low key, and extremely accommodating with all of my requests and questions. I would request his expertise if I were to again make a purchase at Lancaster Toyota.

I stopped in at the dealership for two reasons today. First was to take a look at the new Toyota 86 sports car. I'm shopping for a new car and I wanted to see in on the lot. I traded in my 2001 Toyota Camry with a 2012 Toyota Rav4 last week with the help of Ben Switch. Since It was not my plan to buy a car that day I needed input from my Son and Daughter. He was so patient in answering my daughter's inquiries. Very detailed in comparing between 2 Models ( different year make ) to facilitate my decision ; impressed with his knowledge and assistance in the operation of my new vehicle.
My husband and I just purchased a 2014 4Runner and we had the best experience!! Our salesman, Wayne Ludwick, was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. We have already recommended him to a few of our friends looking for vehicles in the near future!
