Carlos, our service rep, is always top notch; he explains everything the service dept. will be doing and then tells us what, if anything, needs addressing and whether or when they can fit "it" in and he never does that with high pressure. As a matter of fact, the entire team treats us that way. My wife is on her third Toyota and I've been driving my first for 3 years now we and may never switch as long as the quality stays and service remain high!

Had a very pleasant experience with Lisa at the Toyota service dept. on Monday. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my inspection appointment.
I drive a lot. As a result I am at the Service Center every couple months or so getting routine maintenance on my elderly Prius. Everyone there is warm, friendly and professional. Yesterday I was waited on by Miguel D., who was, as usual, his friendly helpful self. He also gave me his retractable Sharpie. I had never seen one before and, after noting my fascination with it, made sure I took it home with me. That's what I like, they treat you like friends.
