We have dealt with Lancaster Toyota for the last 3 years! We have bought three vehicles from them, with Wayne being our salesman every time. He is very helpful and makes sure we get what we are looking for. This last time we were looking to upgrade my 2006 4Runner to a newer, third row and Wayne gave us a call when they had one available and got us the deal we needed! We will definitely be back soon to upgrade my husband 2008 tundra!
We just completed our first time lease, leasing a 2017 Highlander Hybrid. Our experience with Judy Tucker was superb. Great experience overall. They actually were able to hit BELOW my desired monthly payment requirement! It did take a bit of time for the detail team to clean up the vehicle. But I guess it was worth the extra time as it was pretty clean! Also, when it came time to sit down with financial person, my monthly payment was $2.00 higher than what the salesman quoted. Just purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid and Judy Tucker in Sales is wonderful! I am new to Hybrid technology and she is so knowledgable and helpful. I never felt pressured and she respected my privacy while trying to make my decision. She does a fantastic job explaining the vehicle features and demonstrating the functionality. I enjoyed working with Judy Tucker as I purchased a new car at Lancaster Toyota last week. She was most helpful with various questions on different models and allowed me to determine which model made the most sense for me, at this time. Personable, and very knowledgeable about the current Toyota line and as we talked about some previous years models. I was very satisfied with her service, never felt any pressure, and I would definitely recommend Judy to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota.
Judy did a great job selling me a nice new Highlander. I'm pretty much of a curmudgeon, but she tolerated me well and even laughed at my jokes. Usually buying a car is a difficult job for me, but Judy and Jason were great to work with. Judy was very knowledgeable and helpful both before and after the sale although I'm not sure she likes the roof rack I made out of 2 by 4s. I have found the Highlander to be a nice vehicle and I use it hard off road in my fishing club in Canada.
