I had a most wonderful experience purchasing a new car at Lancaster Toyota last Thursday. Bill Bock was a pleasure to have as my sales person. I was not planning on buying a car that day and had my dog along with me. Everyone in there was so kind to her and helpful when I need some assistance in having her watched while I test drove. I pulled into parking place and had come to a complete stop when the engine in my RAV4 began accelerating. After what seemed like a lifetime, I managed to get the car in park with the engine accelerating through ever change of gears; the car was bucking trying to move. I was practically standing on the brakes to keep the car from moving. After I turned off the engine it continue to rev for a couple of times than quit. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 within the month . Carissa M was our salesperson, she was knowable and very informative in every aspect of the vehicle purchase. I would recommend the dealership and Carissa to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We had dealt with a dealership in the Sinking Springs area and had a lot of negative experiences that took us to Lancaster Toyota and I am so glad that we found them!

I love the 2013 Prius V we purchased at the beginning of April. I especially appreciated the sales person, Jim Dunkirk , for his personal time and attention. He answered every question and concern , and did research to show us. He did not pressure us in any way as we were making our decision about which car to purchase. Great experience buying my first Toyota. We purchased a 2017 Highlander XLE and am enjoying the ride! Taylor Stauffer was very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicles we test drove and was very helpful in making our final decision.
