My check engine light was on, less than a week before heading 600 miles one way to Myrtle Beach, SC to watch our son play college baseball. We just purchased a used 2009 Toyota Sienna XLE and we had an excellent salesperson, Wayne Ludwick. I encourage anyone looking for a used Toyota to contact him! Wayne had a lot of information for us on Toyota Vans and other vehicles that we were not aware of before. The process was excellent!
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry XSE this past weekend and the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Purchased 2014 Tacoma, and it came with 2yr/24,000 mile free service. Previously, I used a local garage, who gives really good service, too, but there were sometimes hassles with them. I really like being able to wait while the service is being performed. Lisa and Carlos have been excellent to deal with for me. As the free services ran out, I was offered a extended service deal to last up to 45,000 miles, at a prepaid price which seems to be very reasonable. Only thing extra is state inspections.
