We have owned many Toyota products over the years; we have always appreciated the way we were treated when we come in for service even if our car wasn't always bought from their dealership. From the small service center when we bought our new 1982 Corolla to now coming in to their new spacious Service Center. Keep up the friendly greetings, respect, and patient explanation of work needed and completed.
We are a long time customer and fan of the Lancaster Toyota dealership. We have purchased five cars from them of which the last three are the Toyota Prius. Their service is great and the work is always done right the first time. We highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Wouldn't go any where else.

Wayne my salesman was extremely friendly and helpful and at no time ever made me feel pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle than what I had in mind.
